AGE-LIMIT
Laurave Skincare does not expedite orders to persons under 18 years of age, when one has to act by law to conclude an agreement.
BUY
Agreement on purchase will be met when you as a customer have received order confirmation by email from Laurave Skincare. A prerequisite is that you provided accurate information regarding e-mail address and physical address. From Laurave Skincare webshop, we only deliver to persons over the age of 18 with a residential address. If a delivery can not be made because the goods are not in stock, this is stated in your delivery confirmation, where the item is not delivered.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit card with Paypal
The money is deducted from your card when the order is shipped. We work with an authorized cardholder who handles all card details, no card data is handled by us. Of course, the transfer is encrypted and we support 3D-secure, all for customer safety. By accepting only VISA / Mastercard.
DELIVERIES
Our goal is that you as a customer will receive delivery within 1-2 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the amount of orders to expedite and circumstances which Laurave Skincare does not have, such as delays with the carrier.
We do not apply partial deliveries. When the customer’s order is delivered, the amount of goods shipped is charged. When the goods are submitted for delivery, a delivery confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The delivery confirmation confirms whether the order is sent to a delivery center or direct home. If the goods are sent to a delivery point, you will receive an SMS when the goods are available. The package can be traced via online package ID.
The delivery point you choose when the order is created applies only if the delivery occurs as a MyPack. In case your order is sent as a trade item, it will primarily be delivered to your mailbox. Should the shipment not fit in the mailbox, your products will instead be delivered to the agent they estimate to be closest to your shipping address. We can not know in advance what shipping method the order will be, but it will only be decided when the order is shipped from us and information about your postal agent.
We can not make any changes regarding the recipient or delivery address after the order has been created upon ordering.
Transport
lauraveskincare.com sends all their packages with ?. If the product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer, Laurave Skincare is responsible for payment, but you must inform our Customer Service within a reasonable period of time (within 2 months). If the product is damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.
